The nomad tent

 

The nomadic tent, located at the end of the olive grove, will allow you to welcome your guests for a drink, a cocktail, or simply around a cozy lounge area surrounded by nature. 
The tent can accommodate 140 people in a seated format and 160 people in a standing cocktail format. It is included in the package we offer.

The Terrace of the Linden Trees

 

A large terrace surrounded by majestic lime trees, offering shade and coolness in summer, the lime terrace is perfect for cocktails, lunches, or Sunday brunches.
Its size offers a wide range of options, and you can arrange your tables according to the number of guests.

The Barn

 

La Grange is the exclusive venue for your dance party. After midnight, the DJ spins your favorite playlists and the dance floor quickly ignites.
The venue is ideal for dancing the night away, with no end time or decibel limits for the neighbors.
La Grange can also host a sit-down meal for up to 130 people.

The Swimming Pool

 

The perfect place to refresh and spend quality time with family and friends. The swimming pool located below the Magnanerie can host your Sunday brunch (up to 70/80 people maximum).

What is the capacity of the wedding reception?
130 guests for a seated indoor dinner in the Grange, up to 160 guests for an outdoor dinner in the Pré des Oliviers.
Sunday brunch can be held at the pool for a maximum capacity of 70/80 people (with 20/25 people simultaneously in the pool). 2 toilets available at the pool.
Over 80 people, the brunch will be held on the lime tree terrace, with a capacity of up to 160 people.
What are the booking conditions?
The weekend package is based on 3 days/2 nights. The domain is privatized from Friday 6:00 pm to Sunday 5:00 pm. (Rooms to be vacated on Sunday at 3:00 pm) An additional night can be booked on request in advance of the wedding. Weekly packages on request in April and October.
A 50% deposit is required on receipt of the signed contract to finalize the reservation.
What is the on-site accommodation capacity?
3 Mas du Domaine are available for accommodation. They can accommodate 28 people in double and twin rooms.
Accommodation is included in our "All inclusive" rate, as are breakfasts for your guests staying on site (28) and a Sunday morning snack for early risers waiting for brunch.

Is the caterer taxed, or do you have a corkage fee? Can we cook on site?
The Domaine does not impose any particular service provider, but can refer you to suppliers who offer very good value for money and who know the estate well.
A caterer is required for the wedding meal. The Domaine takes no corkage fees or commissions.
Our service provider selection policy is totally transparent. We never take commissions. Our recommendations are completely objective, because we believe that respecting your trust is essential. Please note that no meals can be cooked on site. Only “chef à domicile” or catering services are accepted at Domaine du Rey.
Is furniture included in the privatization package?
Le Domaine does not provide wedding reception furniture. We can refer you to suppliers who offer furniture and tents for your reception.
A large nomad tent, located at the end of the olive meadow, is included in the package.
This sheltered lounge area can accommodate up to 160 people, protected from the elements (sun, rain...)
A service tent for the caterer is also included in the package.
Outdoor equipment for your guests sleeping at the Domaine is available, as is garden furniture at pool level.
Terrace furniture: 24 white folding chairs / 5 tables for 8 people / 8 benches / 5 taupe-colored armchairs - Pool furniture: 20 benches and 10 tables for 6 people.
What time can the evening end?
There is no time limit when the party takes place in the barn (nor is there a decibel limit in the barn).
For outdoor wedding parties, ambient music must be lowered to 50 decibels after midnight.
The party and dance areas may not take place outdoors or on the lawn, for example. The dancing part of the evening will take place exclusively in the Grange, which is the ideal location for the festive evening.
What kind of lighting is planned for Domaine du Rey?
Le domaine est éclairé au niveau de ses extérieurs jusqu’à l’aube (façades, escaliers, arbres, mas et parking).
Decorative objects such as candles, Chinese lanterns, glow sticks, fireworks and any entertainment that may set the Domaine du Rey alight are prohibited.
What is the role of the D-Day coordinator?
The D-Day coordinator, whose services are included in the package, will be on hand to manage the organization of your weekend. Ce sera votre contact principal pendant votre mariage. Wilma is quadrilingual (French, English, German and Dutch). Elle connait parfaitement le domaine et assurera la coordination avec vos prestataires. She will assist you during your installation at the Domaine and will be your local contact for a successful wedding!
